Homeground Grill & Bar will be closing down permanently on 25 Dec 2022 after 3 years of serving charcoal-grilled meats and drinks. Homeground Grill & Bar is located along Serangoon Road and is known for its chill atmosphere, cocktails and their meat platters.

In a post on Instagram, Homeground Grill & Bar thanked patrons for their support over the last 3 years and implored them to dine there for the last time before it closes down permanently. The actual reason for the closure has not been revealed.

The Meat Platter (S$62++) has 200gm New Zealand ribeye that’s marinated in whisky, savoury bratwurst and chorizo sausage, 2 pieces of tender chicken, 6 chicken wings along with salad, roasted baby potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. Other sharing options include Surf and Turf (S$48++), Seagrill (S$50++) and Homeground Mixed Platter (S$78++).
There are also several alcohol-infused dishes such as the Charcoal Grilled Guinness Tenderloin (S$34++), Beer Battered Fish & Chips (S$19++), Charcoal Grilled Whisky Ribeye (S$28++), Guinness Poutine Fries (S$14++) and Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Beef Burger (S$28++).

If you want something light to complement your choice of alcohol, you can opt for bar grub such as Assam Nachos & Cheese (S$12++), Truffle Fries (S$12++), Crunchy Squid (S$15++) and Battered Deep Fried Pork Belly (S$12++).

The alcohol options include beers and wines such as Guinness Pint (S$13++/S$15++) and House White Glass (S$10++/S$12++). They also have cocktails offerings like the Femme Fatale (S$18++) and Homeground Mojito (S$18++).
Not in the mood for alcohol? There are mocktail options including Lychee Apple Fizz (S$18++/S$24++) and Mango Cucumber Mule (S$8++/S$24++). If you’re a fan of neither, you can opt for coffee and tea, such as Butterscotch Coffee (S$6.50++) and Osmanthus Sencha (S$5.50++).
