Are you an all-things-Japanese person, where you eat, live, and breathe Japan?

If you are, join in the fun this 24 September 2017 as Funzing Singapore organises the first-ever Shinshin Tōitsu-dō (心身統一道) in Singapore! For those of you stroking your chins, it’s a unique form of Japanese yoga. Yes, you read that right.

In this 60-minute session, guest yoga instructor, Makiko Deguchi, will be infusing a Japanese form of yoga known as Shinshin-tōitsu-dō into the Hatha practice session, to strengthen bodies and minds of practitioners by reforming subconsciousness and balancing the nervous system.
