Little Damage, an LA-based soft serve ice cream company, recently opened their second outlet and only Asia outlet in Singapore this August 2019.

The store is located at Wheelock Place, and features a tiny but cosy-looking space.

With its neon signs and goth-themed decor, the store’s aesthetic certainly draws your attention when passing by.

There are four flavours of soft-serve to choose from (including one vegan option), and the line-up changes every two months.

During my visit, the available flavours were Coffee Caramel (S$7), White Chocolate (S$7), Unicorn Tears (S$7) and Vegan Chocolate and Peanut Butter Banana (S$7.50).

They offer a selection of free toppings, but if you order extra, it will cost S$1. There are also popcorn toppings, which you’ll have to pay S$1 for as well.

You can also pair your ice cream with two types of cones: a Charcoal Cone (S$2 add on) made with activated powder, or a National Day special Red Waffle Cone (S$2 add on) which contains almond extract. The red cone is only available till 11 August 2019, so grab it while you can!

For my choice of ice cream, I went straight for the Unicorn Tears (S$7). You can bet I definitely seized the opportunity for an Instagram-worthy shot.

Despite its unusual blue colour, the ice cream is actually made of the beloved Cookies & Cream. I could taste the fragrant creamy flavour, even though it was on the lighter side, but I wished there were actual cookie bits in it. Thankfully, I chose the crushed Oreo and fruit pebble cereal toppings, which helped to add some much-needed crunch.

The cone is thicker and sturdier than your usual cone, which made it a bit difficult to bite into. Apart from that, as the ice cream is so huge, it’s good that the cone holds its structure well.

Perhaps next time I will give the other flavours a go, and I’ll definitely bring a friend along to share their humongous ice cream cones with.

If you’re planning to try one of Little Damage’s ice creams, why not pair it with the National Day red cones available from now till 11 August 2019? Grab a buddy and enjoy some ice cream this National Day weekend!

Dates & Times: Now open, 11am – 10pm (Daily)

Prices: S$7 – S$7.50 per cone
