Happy New Year, everyone! How is it 2026 already? 2025 really flew by like nobody’s business. I hope last month’s closure of 76 food centres and wet markets for spring cleaning didn’t inconvenience you in any way. That’s actually the purpose of this regular monthly series that we share at the start of every month. I’ve been told that this list is extremely useful in preventing wasted trips down to their desired hawker centres — you’re very welcome!
