After walking under the hot Singapore sun to get lunch, the last thing you want is the sight of a closed, cordoned-off food centre. That would make you ‘hangry‘ for sure! As much as we dislike it, keeping our wet markets and hawker centres spick and span is important and essential for hygiene. These centres are essential to our routine; we rely on them daily for both buying ingredients and settling meals.
