If you’ve ever wanted to try food cooked by a MasterChef winner, now is your chance! Inderpal Singh, the winner of MasterChef Singapore Season 4, and his fellow contestant, Reuben Wong, will be bringing back their pop-up eatery, The Uniquely Singaporean Brunch, for 4 days only.

The Uniquely Singaporean Brunch was first conceived back in 2023, where it operated along Boat Quay on 28 & 29 Oct and 4 & 5 Nov. This time round, the second iteration of this unique pop-up will be held in Bollywood Farms @ Kranji on 24 & 25 Feb 2024 and 9 & 10 Mar 2024.

In an interview with SETHLUI.com, Inderpal explained that Bollywood Farms was chosen as the location of the pop-up in order to highlight the farm-to-table aspect of the dishes, and to bring more attention to Singapore’s farm scene. To make things better, the pop-up is pet-friendly too! The dishes all range from S$8 to S$20, in an effort to ensure that the pop-up is affordable for all.

Version 2 of The Uniquely Singaporean Brunch will introduce new dishes and bring back popular creations from the first pop-up. If you enjoyed the unique chilli crab roti john (cleverly named John Wick) from the previous instalment, you can look out for John Wick 2 this year— this roti john creation is made with black pepper crab. Makcik John is another roti john to try, filled with pickled cucumbers, honey roasted chicken, a sauce and salad.

Another new offering is the Bak Bak Bowl, which is a rice bowl topped with chicken, and the Chicken Tikka Tacos. If you’ve missed the dishes from version 1 of The Uniquely Singaporean Brunch, rejoice, for crowd favourites like the Fish Briyani, Vegetarian Jackfruit Briyani and Loaded Spinach Pakora will be making a comeback.

This unique pop-up will operate from 10am to 3pm, with seatings at 10am and 12pm. In order to avoid disappointment, be sure to make a reservation by dropping Inderpal a direct message on Instagram at @mr.singh.eats.
