‘Tis the season for sushi and sharing. Forget the usual Christmas affair of turkey and ham, I’d say tap into that inner sushi fanatic and go all out this Christmas.

One Sushi 一口寿司 is here for you and all your sushi needs from 23 November – 8 December 2018.  The brainchild of sushi maestro Chef Wong Eng Chun, the Insta-worthy sushi creations and platters are sure to make you host of the year.

There are three variations of these whimsical sushi donuts to cater to everyone’s palates: Salmon Avocado Sushi donut (Large S$12.90, Small S$7.90), One Sushi Sushi donut (Large $7.90, Small $4.90) and Refreshing Sushi donut (Large $7.90, Small $4.90).

Sashimi enthusiasts can opt for the Salmon Avocado Sushi donut and One Sushi Sushi donut where the sashimi slices interlaced with each other with avocado.

For those who are not partial to sashimi, donut worry. The Refreshing Sushi donut is topped with tuna mayo and egg, so you donut have to feel squeamish when digging in.

One Sushi一口寿司 continues to mesh different cuisines together with One Sushi Classic Sushi Pizza (S$9.90 per slice). A fusion in the best possible way, with generous offerings of salmon, maguro and tuna mayo. At this point, you being the best Christmas host is just an irrefutable fact.

If your guests want salmon sashimi, salmon sashimi is what they’ll get. One Sushi一口寿司 ‘s Salmon Deluxe Platter ($62.90) will more than satisfy them. This platter boasts five renditions of salmon sashimi: salmon aburi, salmon double roll, salmon hanamaki and more.

What if they don’t like (gasp) raw fish? You will then cooly present them with Assorted Sushi Platter (S$48.90) with 44 pieces of sushi from the Chef’s selection, which can’t go wrong.

Lastly, even if one is catering to a smaller, more intimate group, ensuring that your guests are well-fed, is still a top priority. Chef Wong has prepared the One Sushi Special Platter (S$8.90) consisting of Salmon, Ebi, Unagi, smoked Duck and mock Abalone.

These delectable parcels also come with a surprise, their centres are filled with tuna mayo and salmon tartare. If that doesn’t make you go yum, I don’t know what will.

These platters are only available for takeaways and require a three-day advanced reservation.

With over 18 years of Japanese cuisine under Chef Wong’s belt, prepare yourself for a gastronomical sushi journey this Christmas with One Sushi 一口寿司.

Dates & Times: Available from now till 8 December 2018, 11.30am- 10pm (Daily)
