Currently, the 4-tier steamboat buffet is available at Thomson Plaza and Metropolis. The Metropolis outlet has a different promotion where one dines free with three paying adults at $33.80 ++ per pax.

There are three complimentary appetisers to choose from namely the Deep-fried Fish Skin, Stir-fried Bitter Gourd and Salted Egg Yolk and Diced Chicken with Fried Chilli.

The bottom tier is for the soup, followed by a BBQ section, then a warmer (to place the food you have cooked) and the top tier is a steamer (for dim sum, fish, shellfish).
The ingredients are fresh. There is an assortment of seafood such as flower crab (one serving per table), sea clam, sea bass, big prawns, fish maw and fish ball.
As for the meats, there is lamb, beef, pork, chicken fillet, sausages and luncheon meat as well. You could either BBQ them or have them Sukiyaki. Try not to cook too long, this is to retain the tenderness in the meats.
