Nonette at RASA Space, nestled in Republic Plaza, brings a vibrant Parisian-Asian fusion to the CBD with their SG60 menu. It spotlights two signature bánh mì Parisien: the classic Bánh Mì Jambon Beurre (S$12), layered with housemade charcuterie including char siu, Vietnamese mortadella, jambon, pâté and French butter; and the spicy Vietnamese Fried Chicken Bánh Mì (S$12) with Southeast Asian-seasoned fried chicken and sriracha mayo.

4. Rasel Catering

5. Edge (Pan Pacific Singapore)

Executive Chef Andy Oh of Edge, Pacific Singapore presents a mesmerising cornucopia of some of the best fare from across Singapore with the Flavours of the Lion City buffet. You can indulge in this delicious feast from 10 Jul to 9 Aug.

6. Yum Cha

Yum Cha is celebrating Singapore’s 60th birthday with a special limited-time SG60 menu featuring 8 local-inspired dim sum creations priced at just S$6 each. They are available from 17 Jun to 31 Aug.
Highlights include Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao, infused with a rich herbal broth; Crusty Chilli Crab Bao, a crispy fried bun filled with real crab meat in chilli crab sauce; and the aromatic Handmade Otak-Otak Siew Mai wrapped in spinach-infused skin. Other standout dishes are the Laksa Rice Flour Roll, bursting with seafood and housemade laksa gravy, and the innovative Prata Pork Pancake, marrying Indian flatbread with a savoury pork filling.
