Sushi-GO’s new futuristic AMK Hub outlet’s dishes are served by mini AI robots

The restaurant of the future has arrived in Singapore. Sushi-GO‘s second outlet at AMK Hub presents a futuristic theme with a network of mini AI robots.

The outlet, which opened on 21 July 2022, contains 118 seats and boasts 150 different varieties of sushi, cooked food and desserts on its extensive menu.

Sushi-GO’s AMK Hub outlet will feature mini AI robots with emoji-like expressions, named GO-Bots. After orders are placed via the restaurant’s mobile ordering system, they will be delivered straight to the diners’ tables using the GO-Bots.

Sushi-GO will also be introducing new dishes to both its AMK Hub and Jurong Point outlets, adding to its existing plethora of food. These dishes include the Unagi Shiitake Gunkan (S$2.30), Aburi Shoyu Butter Hotate Sushi (S$2.80), Salmon Dragon Roll (S$8.90), Una Tama Don (S$8.90), Spicy Chicken Tsukune (S$2.80) and Yangnyeom Chicken (S$3.20).

Their existing signature GO Sushi Series has dishes like GO-Tsumami Salmon (S$5.80), GO-Tsumami Maguro (S$4), Mentai Mayo-GO (S$3.50) and Lobster Salad-GO (S$4).

Their Nigiri options range from classics like Ebi Sushi (S$1.80), Salmon Sushi (S$2) and Tamago Sushi (S$1.80) to more unique offerings, including Parma Ham & Cream Cheese Sushi (S$2.50), Black Pepper Camo Sushi (S$1.80) and Hamburg Sushi (S$3).

Even if you aren’t a sushi fan, you can still enjoy other yummy dishes, such as Aburi Mentaiko Salmon Don (S$7.80), Spicy Gyu Don (S$5.20), Mala Salmon Skin (S$2.50), Soft Shell Crab Tempura (S$8.20), Takoyaki (S$3) and Chashu Ramen (S$5).

No meal is complete without dessert. Delight yourself in the Matcha Cheesecake (S$3.50), Strawberry Daifuku (S$3), Matcha Warabi Mochi (S$3.50) and Hokkaido Chocolate Ice Cream (S$3.50).

Furthermore, Sushi-GO will be running a two-day promotion on 30 and 31 July 2022, offering unlimited S$1 sushi all-day long, valid on 30 of their nigiri items, while stocks last. Why not drop by for a delightful, futuristic sushi fix?
