Beer towers are common in Singapore, one of the staples for a night out. In recent times, Singaporeans have been creative in coming up with non-alcoholic variations for large groups to enjoy, and the current offerings extend to all-time favourites, such as Milo Tower, Teh Bing Tower and Sugarcane Tower.
A cafe in the Philippines has gone one step ahead of us to come up with a Milk Tea Tower. The cafe, called The Brew Project, announced the launched of this concoction just a week ago on their Facebook page.
Of course, what is milk tea without its iconic pearls right? The Brew Project serve all their towers with a side of tapioca pearls so that consumers can tailor the perfect amount of pearls to their fancy.
If this idea of an ordinary Milk Tea Tower already sounds irresistible, this will definitely leave you flabbergasted: besides the original milk tea, they also come in seven other flavours to take your milk tea game up a notch. The flavours of choice are Wintermelon, Mango, English Toffee, Tiramisu, Butterscotch, Hazelnut and Matcha. I don’t know about you, but it sounds unique and intriguing to me.
With the undying hype for bubble tea in Singapore, I am sure it will not take long before this creation will be accessible to us too. Keep your eyes peeled!
