Stores out of the US are currently located in Toronto, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur and Manila, so this outlet will be an exclusive treat for Indonesians.
It’s still awhile away, but mark your calendars for 27 & 28 January 2018, where the grand opening will take place in the main hall of Senayan City Shopping Mall, South Jakarta.
Get ready to dig your hands into the Mix Chicken & Gyro Over Rice to get a taste of what all the hype is about. Topped with slices of pita bread, shredded chicken and gyro beef, and iceberg lettuce drenched in ‘magic’ white and hot sauce, get a big scoop of everything at once to taste the full extent of the goodness.
I’m still dreaming about my first taste of The Halal Guys when I queued up along the sidewalk in New York years ago. Here’s another thing to add to the list of places to eat at when in Jakarta!
