Interested in creating your own ice cream? Join the Udders crew this 20 January 2018 for an Ice-Cream Making Workshop at Novena!

The workshop can accommodate 75 people, so prepare for it to get a little messy. Get to know the pros and cons of different ice cream machines if you were to invest in one and learn to make ice cream at home using readily available kitchen appliances.

The event will be split into three sections; you’ll start with the Basics Of Ice-Cream Making for 30 minutes, followed by a Hands-on Ice-Cream Making Session for 40 minutes and end with a 50-minute All-you-can-eat Ice-Cream Buffet.

The buffet spread will include waffles, monster cones, ice cream floats and more. Just try to keep your New’s Year’s resolution in mind!
