Looking for somewhere to recharge during the mid-year break but have no money to travel overseas? Head down to the 3rd edition of the Wellness Festival Singapore 2024 (21 Jun – 21 Jul 2024). This year’s event is organised by the Singapore Tourism Board.

The festival takes place across Singapore, providing experiences that reflect the diversity of the city, people, and culture. Singaporeans from different backgrounds can look forward to participating in over 120 varied wellness offerings. More than 75 partners have come on board. This makes this year’s edition the biggest one yet.

You’ll have to pay an entrance fee for many of the programmes. Here are some sneak peeks at the event highlights.

Glow Festival by Prudential

The Glow Festival by Prudential is the anchor event of Wellness Festival Singapore 2024.

From 5 to 21 Jul, head down to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) for more than 70 classes and workshops by wellness instructors such as Akin Akman and Dr Chelsea Jackson Roberts.

Participants will also get to try out pioneering technology-driven, sensory-rich experiences, including virtual reality workouts, light therapy, sound healing, and more.

Tickets are priced at S$30. All UOB Card holders enjoy 10% off ticket prices (S$27).

Where Mind and Body Connect by Marina Bay Sands

Embark on a wholesome wellness journey with Where Mind & Body Connect by MBS, a series of activities to enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Immerse yourself in exercises such as sound meditation, soul flow, Pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Vinyasa yoga — and experience the blissfulness of doing them.

Members of the public have to pay S$32.70 per session. Hotel guests enjoy complimentary access. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the session.

The Big Bollywood Workout by Madame Tussauds Singapore

Prefer less intense calorie-burning workouts? Check out The Big Bollywood Workout by Madame Tussauds Singapore for energising Bollywood-themed Zumba sessions! These invigorating exercises will get your feet moving and hips swaying.

You’ll need to indicate your interest. Interested participants have to pay S$52/person.
