This 20 & 21 September 2017, Executive Chefs Drew Nocente of Salted & Hung and Scott Melvin of The Commune Social will come together to bring you a special two-night dinner at the Salted & Hung restaurant.

After 10 years of working side by side at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Restaurant in London and Jason Atherton’s Table No. 1 in Shanghai, the two chefs will present a specially-curated menu reflecting each other’s identity, influences and journey thus far.

This dinner will showcase Drew’s strength for curing and grilling, alongside Scott’s exploration of local food culture and culinary tradition that inspires his contemporary plates.

Look forward to dishes like Tuna Tar Tar, Sweetbreads, Confit & Grilled Beef Tongue before ending your meal with desserts like Peanut Butter & Jelly and Anzac. 

This two-night event is also kid-friendly, feel free to bring your little ones with you. Make your  quickly before seats run out!
