Unwind with 4 Hands Brunch on 17 March 2018, a meal prepared by both established Vietnamese-American chef Peter Cuong Franklin and Sprmrkt’s chef-owner Joseph Yeo.

What’s really special is that each course is served as a pair of dishes — Chef Peter’s own Vietnamese take on brunch and Chef Joseph’s contemporary bistro-style rendition. So prepare a big stomach!
