If you’re feeling the strain of the price hikes, FairPrice has got you covered. In addition to freezing prices on essentials earlier this month, they have taken a further step by offering a 50% discount on selected products. This discount will be available from 30 Apr to 17 May.

As hawkers have been vocal about the high cost of expensive ingredients, I’m sure the ordinary person feels the same way. Hence, what better time to capitalise on being a member of our local supermarkets than now?

FairPrice will offer a discount on selected items, and this list refreshes every week. The first deal was announced on 30 Apr, with subsequent deals being announced on 7 May and 14 May, respectively. So, make sure to mark these dates in your calendar, so you don’t miss out.

To qualify for this great deal, one must be a member of FairPrice or Link. Members will then have to show their physical card to claim this discount. An alternative would be to pay via the FairPrice Group app, which also gives members a larger variety of groceries to choose from, compared to simply using the physical card.

If you weren’t convinced that becoming a member was worth it until now, this just change your opinion.

Members of FairPrice or Link will get to enjoy cheaper drinks in kopitiams, with their coffee and tea going for S$0.50 each. All you have to do is flash your silver FairPrice card or pay via the FairPrice Group app, and that drink is yours. Sounds simple, right? However, this deal is only valid for the entire month of May, so be quick to claim it before it’s gone!

In these trying times, FairPrices discounts are certainly relieving a heavy weight off our shoulders, so be sure to capitalise on them!
