Pollen, a fine-dining restaurant located in Singapore’s award-winning Gardens By The Bay is celebrating its 5th year anniversary this 17 – 21 August 2017.

Experience food through the eyes of Executive Chef Steve Allen as he tells you five different stories through his carefully curated and beautifully plated dishes. Presenting a series of unpretentious gastronomic creations, Pollen continues to highlight the best seasonal ingredients through familiar and approachable flavours.

Each course is paired with a beverage to give you the perfect sensory experience. There will be five courses for the dinner sessions and a shorter three-course for lunch sessions.

All Pollen guests will also have complimentary access to the Flower Dome and personalised buggy service from Gardens by the Bay’s arrival plaza to the Pollen restaurant, so you can take a stroll around nature after filling up your tummies.

Dates & Time: 17 – 21 August 2017, 12pm – 11pm 

Price: (Lunch) $75 ++, (Dinner) $155++ per pax
