Comforting Straits fare include the Ipoh Chicken Rice and KL Fried Black Fat Hokkien Mee. Be sure to tuck into the Claypot Curry Fish Cheek that is brimming with flavour after being braised in flavourful spicy curry — the red snapper cheek is said to be really tender and succulent!

Don’t miss out on the Klang Chic Kut Teh, a hearty and refreshing herbal soup distinct from the more peppery versions we’re familiar with in Singapore.

Another exciting highlight of the buffet is the Sambal Seafood Stall, which will be available on Fridays to Sundays.

Diners get to pick their own fresh seafood such as Crayfish, Prawns, Squid, Clams and Mussels; and greens, including Kang Kong, Long Beans, Long Beans, Lady Fingers and Petai; which will be cooked a-la-minute with Sambal sauces, such as Onion Sambal, Sambal Belachan and Sambal Chilli.
