You’d be pleased to know that the crowd favourite Roti Canai will be given the spotlight in York Hotel’s show kitchen as diners watch how this dish is made. A flatbread with Indian roots, Roti Canai is best enjoyed drenched in Dhal or Chicken Curry with a fiery dollop of Sambal Chilli.

Any good Penang feast won’t be complete without comforting sweet treats. This year’s offerings include the nutty and toasty Ban Chang Kueh. For diners looking to cool off,  goodies such as Ice Kachang and Chendol are there to satisfy your needs.

To round out your Penang hawker affair, York Hotel provides free-flow Calmansi to quench your thirst from all that glorious feasting.

Penang Hawkers’ Fare is a foodie’s paradise minus the inconvenience of travelling across the border. With so much scrumptious food, this festival is a great way to end or start your year.
