If there’s one place that’s truly nostalgic to me, it would be Pete’s Place at Grand Hyatt Singapore. I recall my parents bringing me and my sister here for weekend dinners every few weeks, re-telling stories of how they’d been patronising this iconic restaurant since the 80s.

That’s why I’m elated to find out that Pete’s Place is finally re-opening its doors to regulars like myself come 1 October 2020. It’s been too long since I’ve enjoyed a hearty sit-down dinner there, and just like the good ol’ days, their service is what I look forward to the most (and the impeccably prepared food, of course).

With the re-opening, the set lunch menu will now be a daily two-course or three-course option, priced affordably at S$30++ and S$35++, respectively. The crowd-pleaser, their bread and salad bar, will also be served table-side, with free-flow house-baked bread as well as organic salads drizzled with their choice of dressing.

I, for one, will be making my way down for their Spaghetti Cioppino, for old times’ sake, along with their unmissable Tiramisu. What are you most looking forward to enjoying once they open?

Date & Time: Pete’s Place will re-open on 1 October 2020 | 12pm – 2.30pm & 6pm – 9pm (Daily)

Prices: From S$30++ per pax
