Gear up, town folks, for a new burger joint is headed right onto the glamorous walkways of Orchard Central—Omakase Burger. The burger chain currently has at least four outlets across the island, like the ones at Wisma Atria and Bukit Timah, but they are all small outlets in coffeeshops and communal food courts. With the space in Wisma set to close, Omakase Burger will be relocating as soon as November comes, and word has it that it is set to be their biggest space to date.

The new outlet in Orchard Central will be Omakase’s flagship store, and will feature bigger dining areas for families—including free drawing kits to be handed out to children to keep them entertained. The burger joint is known for their ultra juicy burgers, made with an authentic American flavour. Their Omakase Burger (S$14.90) a textbook good burger, consisting of a 100% USDA Choice Grade Beef slothered in the special Omakase sauce—a homemade concoction consisting of a blend of 13 ingredients.

Go big or go home, they say, and this is certainly the case with the Ultimate Cheeseburger (S$19.50) which comes with Omakase’s uncured applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms. Add on to the awesomeness with their signature Beef Tallow Fries (S$5.95 – S$6.95), cooked freshly in highly aromatic beef tallow that is sure to tantalise.

If you’re going meat-free, Omakase does offer some delectable vegetarian options like the Vegetarian Burger (seasonal) which differs depending on when you visit the outlet. You could also order their House Salad as a side (S$5.50) or as a main (S$8.50)—made of a variety of goodies like romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, raisins, and walnuts.

Orchard Central is about to get lit with their arrival, and as if there’s any shortage of reasons to visit town, this is one more good reason to flock down.
