Feast on authentic Ramly burgers from new Mr. Burger stall in Bugis St

Do you often find yourself daydreaming about Malaysian street food? How travelling across the border was way easier pre-COVID-19, and getting yourself a Ramly burger was as easy as walking to the 7-11 to get yourself a can of Coke. Well, you don’t have to worry any longer as there’s a new stall in Bugis Street selling authentic Ramly burgers.

Helmed by a Malaysian chef and owner, Mr. Burger 堡大人 was opened in October 2021 and serves an array of burgers, Chinese sausages and snacks. The stall owner previously ran a nasi padang stall however, his love for Ramly Burger led him to open up a stall selling the classic Malaysian street food.

Ramly Burger Set (S$6.50) comes with a side of crinkled French fries, and the burger itself is loaded with plenty of sauces with a whole load of cabbage stuffed in between two fluffy buns. Expect to find other renditions of the popular burger like China Style Mala Burger (S$5.50)Thai Tom Yam Chilli Mayo Burger (S$5.50), and American Style Burger (S$6). The stall also has over 10 sauces for you to add to your burger and most of them are homemade. Their sausages also come in various flavours from you to choose from starting from S$1.80.
