Yet another local eatery will be closing its doors permanently. Molten Diners, a Halal-certified award-winning steakhouse in Upper Thomson, will be shutting down its operations on 29 Jun 2023.

Molten Diners announced its closure on its social media and thanked its customers for their unwavering support. The restaurant is known for its Western dishes, especially its steaks. It even won the Best Steak award in the Singapore Halal Awards in 2020. Its extensive menu includes popular Western dishes like lamb chops, roasted chicken and burgers, and they even have unique Asian-Western fusion creations.

Before the closure, Molten Diners will be offering a 1-for-1 Wagyu Beef Steak Promotion on throughout the month of June as a last hurrah. Molten’s Wagyu Striploin (UP S$78.90) features a premium grilled Wagyu steak served with their signature gratin mac & cheese, curly fries, cream corn and greens. So worth it!

Before the restaurant closes for good, be sure to pay them a final visit. Other dishes that you have to try include their specialty dish, Molten’s Swimming Striploin Dinner (S$26.90), a sliced striploin dish served on mashed potatoes and covered with their in-house beef broth.

Pasta fans can select from their huge range of pasta dishes, including Grilled Chicken Neapolitan (S$18.80), Prawn Aglio Olio (S$22.80) and Salmon Fillet Arriabata (S$26.90).

Craving some good ol’ seafood? Check out the Char Grilled Scottish Salmon (S$26.90), a grilled salmon fillet infused with their house special yakiniku sauce and served on truffle mashed potatoes with greens, or the New York Stuffed Cheese Fish & Chips (S$25.50), which contains mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Molten Diners even has exciting fusion pasta dishes, like the Local Favourite Prawn Laksa Pasta (S$24.20), Taste of Thailand Tomyum Pasta (S$24.20) and Exotic Szechuan Mala Beef Pasta (S$26.90)!

There are so many dishes to enjoy at Molten Diners before their imminent closure, and I know I’ll definitely be visiting soon.
