You’ve heard of crolls, cruffins and croffles, but what about croissant burgers? Burgs will be launching a brand new line of Supreme Croissant Burgers on 9 Jun 2023!
These croissant burgers are inspired by the Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery round cream-stuffed croissants that went viral in 2022.
Putting a spin on their regular brioche-bun burgers, Burgs invites patrons to dig into their Supreme Croissant Burgers that feature patties encased by light and flaky croissant buns. The new line comes in four savoury flavours, with the croissant buns contributing an extra crispy, flaky touch.
Burgs’s Bacon Beef Supreme (S$9.80) (pictured above, left) features smoky bacon beef in addition classic cheeseburger ingredients for a next level cheeseburger experience. If you want to play it safe, the Classic Supreme (S$8.80) (pictured above, right) is the upgraded beef patty burger. It is overflowing with sharp cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, a thicc beef patty and housemade sauce for a perfect, satisfying meal.
Along with the other two burgers in the new line-up are the Hot Chick Supreme (S$8.80) for a lean chicken meat option, and the BEC Supreme (S$7.80). Think: big breakfast but in a breakfast burger croissant with bacon, egg and cheese.
If you’re a fries lover, don’t miss out on Burgs’s other offerings like the Burgs Chilli Cheese Fries (S$6.50). Doused in a generous portion of chilli cheese sauce, the fries apparently remain delightfully crisp and delicious for a perfect accompaniment to the burgers.
In celebration of the launch of Burgs’s supreme croissant burgers, they have a 1-for-1 deal on ALL their brioche bun burgers across all their outlets for a limited time (until further notice). Diners simply have to purchase a brioche burger in any flavour to get another free of charge, subject to a minimum spend of S$12.
