Their signature Tsukimi Hamburg Don (S$13.80) features a perfectly browned burger patty atop fluffy white rice. The perfect ratio of beef, pork, and Miyazaki Wagyu makes the patty extra juicy and flavourful. Grated daikon and a bright yellow-orange raw egg yolk tops everything off.
The whole dish ties together perfectly when you allow the egg yolk to meld with the warm rice and meat juices from the hamburg steak. Be sure to add the soy sauce provided for a salty kick.

Named after 月見（つきみ）or moon viewing, the raw egg yolk sitting atop the dish resembles a full moon perched above the clouds. Indeed, Tsukimi’s signature dish bears a striking resemblance to its namesake.
For a spicy don option, go for the Wasabi Hamburg Don (S$12.80). It has wasabi pickles in place of the raw egg yolk on top of grated radish.
Diners can look forward to new menu items like the Miso Nuts Hamburg Don at Tsukimi CapitaSpring. The dish features miso-glazed peanuts, walnuts and roasted sesame for something that’s savoury and indulgent.
