Creating this list every month for spring cleaning at markets and hawker centres has turned into a monthly ritual for me. But hey, it’s worth it! It prevents our parents (mine included) from making a pointless trip to a market that’s closed.

Even us food writers rely on this list, just in case our featured stall happens to be hiding in one of these hawker centres. P.S. Celest, don’t forget to take a peek (wink)!

Before you start kicking yourself, why not spare a couple of minutes to check out the list of markets and hawker centres which are scheduled for spring cleaning in October. You can buy me an iced teh-o kosong in return… if you want.
