While there are plenty of unique bars out there, have you ever seen a non-alcoholic one? If you’re a teetotaller, you should definitely visit Soberside Bar, the first-ever alcohol-free bar in KL. It’s worth adding to your city walk itinerary at Pasar Seni!
Soberside Bar is conveniently located near MRT Pasar Seni, just a 2-minute walk away. It’s nestled inside a restaurant known as Monograph. Basically, virgin cocktails are their specialty. However, the diverse flavours and options will genuinely make you feel like you’re indulging in the real deal.
You get to choose from a variety of caffeinated and non-caffeinated options at the bar based on your preferred flavour profile. The White Veeno (RM18) is a great choice to start with if you’re not used to mixed drinks. The lovely blend of lychee, chrysanthemum, peach, apple, and lemon provides an aromatic and sweet experience.
Alternatively, you can go for the Coconopolitan (RM22), which has a fruitier taste compared to White Veeno. The ingredients used in this drinks include coconut water, cranberry, lime, and orange— it sounds incredibly refreshing!
Another drink that brings tropical vibe is the Jeffrey’s Punch (RM28). The concoction of toasted coconut water, pineapple, lime, sugar, and bitter orange will whisk you away a jungle adventure.
If you’re feeling adventurous and enjoy a stronger taste, don’t overlook the Kopi Tonic (RM18), a unique blend of kopi o, vanilla, and tonic. In addition to the bitterness of the coffee, you’ll also discover a hint of sweetness from the vanilla, with a refreshing kick from the tonic water.
