Quick Summary

Pickleball has rapidly grown in Johor Bahru, with a range of indoor and outdoor courts across the city offering varied playing environments and amenities. The article lists multiple venues from beginner-friendly indoor courts with coaching options to more spacious facilities for casual play or competitive matches, and includes booking details and general pricing. It is useful for players of different levels looking for courts in JB and is best suited for comparing where to play both year-round and weather-independent sessions.

In Johor Bahru, a new kind of love match is sweeping the city (beside matcha pilates and labubu raves). It doesn’t involve candlelight dinners or awkward small talk. It’s called pickleball.

Pickleball JB - Paddle

Once a niche sport tucked away in suburban backyards, pickleball has now paddled its way into mainstream Malaysia, and JB is embracing it with open arms. If you’re new to the trend and wondering why everyone is so into pickling balls all of a sudden (just like me months ago), I got you.

It’s essentially a combination of tennis, badminton, and table tennis into one unique paddle sport. This fast-paced, addictively social game is attracting everyone from former athletes to brunch-loving besties in yoga pants.
