If you’re tired of the same old McDonald’s, KFC, and Burger King, why not try out Chick-fil-A? That’s right — the 3rd-largest fast-food franchise in America has officially announced its first-ever outlet in Singapore within Bugis+, opening its doors on 11 Dec 2025!

Chick-fil-A initially announced its intention to expand into Southeast Asia around a year ago, with fans and foodies eagerly awaiting the opening of its first outlet ever since. With this, the long wait is finally over.

The outlet will be open from Mon to Sat, 10am – 10pm. Fun fact, all Chick-fil-A outlets in America are closed on Sun because of a long-standing tradition started by its late founder Truett Cathy, who gave the day off so Christian families could attend weekend prayers. This tradition has also been inherited by Chick-fil-A’s Singapore branch, which will also be closed on Sundays.

The brand’s most famous item is, of course, its Chicken Sandwich. It’s a juicy slab of pressure-cooked boneless chicken breast between a pair of buttered buns, topped off with slices of dill pickles under the chicken. A spicier variant called the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich will also be available. It comes with additional cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. If you’re looking for a McSpicy replacement, this is it.

Chick-fil-A will also be debuting a new sauce exclusive to Singapore, the Spicy Chili Sauce. Despite its rather unassuming name, the brand has tailored the sauce specifically for Singaporean taste buds. It has a combination of spiciness from red peppers, slight sweetness, and hints of garlic.

In accordance with Chick-fil-A’s beliefs, the brand has given back to the community by donating S$25,000 to The Food Bank Singapore, with an additional donation of an equal amount every time the brand opens a new outlet in Singapore.

The Bugis+ outlet will also be participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, donating surplus food from the outlet to non-profit partners, who redistribute it to those in need.
