The MICHELIN Guide Singapore Selection 2026 was revealed at the MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony on 4 Aug 2026, its 10th edition. Unveiled last night was the full selection, with MICHELIN Stars and Special Awards.
The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026 has named 10 new Bib Gourmand establishments: Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon, Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette, Jia Xiang, King of Laksa, Rajarani Thosai, Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Tian Nian Xing Minced Pork Noodle, Xiangyee, Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu and Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap.
This brings the total number of Bib Gourmand establishments in our red dot to 97. Meanwhile, 17 establishments have retained their distinction and thus have appeared in every single edition since the Guide’s debut edition, hooray!
Without further ado, here is the list of restaurants that have been newly awarded or promoted with MICHELIN Stars and Special Awards in 2026.
1 MICHELIN Star:
There are 5 new restaurants awarded with 1 MICHELIN Star, and 1 promoted restaurant.
The 5 new restaurants with 1 MICHELIN Star are: Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, Jin Ting Wan, Loca Niru, Sushi Kimura Plus and Tenshima. The restaurant that has been promoted is Yong Fu.
2 MICHELIN Stars:
MICHELIN awarded 1 restaurant with 2 MICHELIN Stars, and that is 1887 by André. MICHELIN also promoted 1 restaurant, Seroja.
MICHELIN Selected:
There are a total of 21 new MICHELIN Selected dining spots.
The 21 dining spots are 54° Steakhouse, 786 Char Kway Teow, Belimbing, Dill, Gaston, Hayop, Ingleside, Lek Kee Authentic Teochew Braised Duck, Les Ducs, Magpie, Moutarde, Qīn, Song Han Carrot Cake, Sushi Oono, Sushi Ryujin, Sushi Zen, Xing Ji, Yam Mee Teochew Fishball Mee, Yao Fa Teochew Mushroom Meat Noodle, Yummy Sarawak Kolo Mee and Zuicho.
MICHELIN Green Star:
MICHELIN awarded 2 restaurants, Fiz and Seroja with their Green Star. This award highlights sustainable actions by restaurants.
