It’s my favourite time of the year again, when shopping malls start playing catchy Christmas tunes, and everything just seems brighter and full of joy.
‘But what’s so great about malls during the festive period?’ you may ask. True, shopping malls in Singapore are so ubiquitous that it’s hard to imagine there’s anything different during the festive season.

Well, if you’re as much of a foodie and fan of good deals as I am, then you’ll want to read on. ‘Tis the season to rejoice, because Raffles City is bringing us 15 tasty food deals so that we can share the joy with our friends and family.
1. Brotzeit
Celebrate like the Germans this festive season—from 27 November – 5 January 2020—with Brotzeit‘s three Christmas Set menus, which ranges from S$48 to S$58 per person for the three-course menu, and S$78 per person for a four-course menu.

The four-course menu will require and is lavish enough to feed a minimum of eight people, so be sure to rally your friends for a hearty feast! Start off with Lobster Soup laced with brandy or a nutritious Festive Winter Salad piled with roast pumpkin, beets, dried fruit and nuts.
You can then dive into a Trio of Fish featuring smoked salmon, gravlax and smoked trout. The star of the meal will be the Oven-roasted Goose, accompanied by a choice of three out of the following six dishes—Venison Stew, Duck Confit, Venison Sausages, Veal Sausage, Mixed Brotzeit Sausages and Schäufele (cured honey-glazed pork).
Be sure to save space, as the set includes trio of Classic Crème Brulee, Roasted Apple with Vanilla Sauce and Warm Chocolate Cake. There will be definitely plenty of festive cheer to go around, along with an abundance of food for the whole family!

2. Buffet Town

You’ve definitely heard of the affordable all-you-can-eat international spread at Buffet Town, which has over 300 buffet items and 29 food categories. There’s even a mini playground for the little ones to have fun while their parents dine—talk about family-friendly!

3. Café&Meal MUJI
Our favourite minimalist store joins in for the merry season! Café&Meal MUJI has seen a healthy throng of fans peruse their goods at MUJI, before settling in for a wholesome meal at their café since opening day.

This Christmas, you can tuck into their Festive Set Meal (S$28.80, U.P. S$34.50 – S$36.50), which consists of four festive deli dishes, a serving of 16-grain rice, a choice of drink, and a choice of dessert, until 25 December 2019.
From the Cold Deli, there’s Turkey Ham And Baby Potato Salad and Roasted Chicken Cobb Salad, while the Hot Deli will serve Bacon Meatloaf With Roasted Pineapple Giblet Sauce and Roasted Veal With Balsamic Glaze And Berries Compote.

Just wanna swing by and take a break from Christmas shopping? Have tea time with their adorable festive desserts such as Berry Shroom (S$7.90), a cute-as-a-button mushroom-shaped tangy raspberry mousse dessert pumped with sweet, tart strawberry filling on a vanilla cream stem, accompanied by a lush gathering of matcha streusel. There’s also Chocolate Black Currant Mochi Log (S$7.90), a chocolate log cake, with chewy black currant mochi in fluffy kirsch cream.

There are even log cakes for your picking to impress your guests at the party (last pre-order date is 20 December 2019), with delightful flavours such as Chocolate Orange Marmalade Log Cake (S$42, 500g/piece) and Strawberry Fraisier Log Cake (S$42, 500g/piece). 4. Da Paolo Gastronomia
The most joyous time of the year calls for one of the biggest feasts of the year! Da Paolo Gastronomia will be able to offer just that, from 1 November to 21 December 2019, with their hefty Truffle-Infused Deboned Roast Turkey (S$225, approximately five kilos and serves 10 to 12 pax), stuffed with Cotechino Italian pork sausage, mushrooms, chestnuts, and herbs, with a side of potatoes, carrots and red wine sauce.

Prefer roast chicken instead? Then go with Deboned Roast Chicken (S$88, approximately 2kg and serves six to eight pax), stuffed with potatoes, chicken sausage and herbs, along with a side of cranberry sauce. They even have tempting add-ons such as Christmas Stuffing (S$37.50 for four to six pax), made from turkey, chicken, mushrooms, bread and herbs, as well as Italian Meatballs (S$24 for 12 pieces).

Be one of the first to get your hands on their exclusive panettone and pandoro, one of the first and few to bring this classic Italian festive bread to our shores! If you’re into simple flavours, then the Pandoro Classico (S$48 for 750g) will suit you best, as it’s a traditional Italian Christmas cake made with fresh butter and natural vanilla, baked in an eight-pointed star-shaped pan.
Alternatively, you could go for the more exciting Panettone al Prosecco (S$58 for 900g) where timeless meets His Excellency “Prosecco D.O.C.G.”, the most celebrated wine of the Veneto area. Keep the kids entertained with their fun selection of Gingerbread Cookies (S$5.50 per cookie) and colourful log cakes, Vanilla Raspberry (S$68) and Flourless Chocolate Log Cake (S$68).

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and you can celebrate it with Marché Mövenpick’s Christmas offerings!

Get ready for a slew of delightful festive dishes from our favourite Swiss restaurant, from 16 November 2019 – 1 January 2020.
For starters, try the hearty Seafood Tomato Stew (S$12.90) or the refreshingly light Snowball Salad (S$34.90). Served with 300g of fresh Burrata cheese, basil pesto and San Marzano tomatoes, this salad is great for sharing.
Moving on to the mains, choose from Grinch Ravioli (S$25.90), Roasted Duck Breast (S$29.90) or Seabass Mediterranean Style (S$34.90). The seabass, in particular, is perfect for larger groups, because the dish comes is a whole oven-baked seabass weighing 900g, served with rosemary roasted potatoes on the side.

You may have heard of a white Christmas, but have you ever heard of a Greek Christmas? That’s exactly what you can enjoy at Supergreek!
