Ah Fu Prawn Noodle 阿福虾麺 has opened up a second location at Windy Heights, near Bedok. This popular prawn noodles stall serves up a mean bowl of prawn noodles in both soup and dry form for S$3.
They sell out by 12noon daily at the Bedok North outlet, and slurping down one bowl is sure to keep you warm on a rainy day.
What’s so good about Ah Fu Prawn Noodle, you may ask? Each bowl is served with succulent prawns and pork ribs, and even their soup was rich in flavour too.
With every sip, I could really taste the robust umami flavours from the fresh prawns and pork ribs.
That’s not all, Ah Fu Prawn Noodle also makes their own chilli. Fragrant, savoury and spicy, their chilli definitely pairs well with their side dishes and tender pork ribs.
Ah Fu Prawn Noodle’s second outlet also serves homemade Ngoh Hiang (S$3) that’s filled with crunchy chestnuts, succulent prawns and minced meat. This ngoh hiang will definitely keep you coming back for more!
If you can’t wake up early enough to queue for the prawn noodles at Bedok North, you can now head to Windy Heights to get your prawn mee fix. Even though the second outlet is located in a condominium, it is open to the public and they offer free parking.
