Psst… hunting for the best deal? You just found it! On 15 May, ASTONS Specialities will offer their signature Chargrilled Chicken with 2 selected sides (U.P. S$10.90) for merely S$0.21 islandwide!

Yes, you read it correctly. 21 cents only. That’s cheaper than the price of ice cream, kopi, or even plain water from the supermarket! I’ve never heard of a dine-in deal better than this.

It’s all part of Astons’ 21st Anniversary celebration, and is available at all 9 of their ASTONS Specialities outlets, which you can find at Suntec City, Bugis+, VivoCity, The Kallang, Punggol Coast Mall, Westgate, Thomson Plaza, The Central and SingPost Centre.

While the promotion is valid all day, avoid dropping by from 3pm to 5pm, because there will be a temporary closure.

The promotion will be limited to walk-in and dine-in orders for their Chargrilled Chicken. It’s unfortunately not valid for other dishes. You can choose 2 sides to go with the chicken: french fries, onion rings, coleslaw, mac & cheese, potato salad, garden veggie and corn niblets.

However, as good as the deal sounds, it is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or vouchers. The deal is also limited to a maximum of one order per customer and is only available while stocks last, so it’s best to arrive early if you’re planning to drop by!

Before heading down to your nearest outlet, remember to check that it’s an ASTONS Specialities branch, and not an ASTONS Steak & Salad or ANDES BY ASTONS. Sometimes, I mix up the different names!

As news of this deal spreads across Singapore, I can imagine the long queues at various ASTONS Specialities outlets on 15 May. If you’re going to be one of them, I hope you get your Chargrilled Chicken before stocks run out!

I can't cook, but I can eat and tell you if the food is good. I love almost everything that goes with coriander, spring onions or vinegar, but absolutely hate ginger and garlic.
