Why on earth would anyone want to get down and dirty with their food? If you enjoy eating with your hands no matter how messy it gets, this latest “dirty buns” trend is perfect for you.

You can try one of Breadtalk’s newly-released Messy Buns (from $2.20) and find out what all the fuss is about. Or why not try making one yourself?
BakerzatWork Academy is jumping on the bandwagon with their 3-Hour “Zang Zang Bao” Dirty Buns Workshop. On 15, 20 & 25 May 2018, you can learn everything about making your own dirty buns.

Expert chefs Kel Lim and William Woo will guide you through the bread-making process, and how to make your own ganache. You will even get to take home the indulgent dirty buns you’ve made.
So while baking is no easy feat, you probably can’t mess up these buns further. The course is currently going at a discount of $55 (usual price $139) per pax and even lower at $99 for two people. Just remember not to wear a white shirt!
