Bali Beach Clubs: 10 of the best, coolest, most epic beach clubs in Bali

Bali, the island of the Gods, is famous for its beautiful beaches and stunning coastline. One of the best ways to enjoy Bali’s pristine beaches is by visiting one of the many beach clubs located around the island. Beach clubs offer visitors the perfect combination of sun, sea, and relaxation, with a range of amenities, including pools, restaurants, bars, and even live entertainment.

Each beach club in Bali has its own unique charm and atmosphere, from the laid-back vibe of Sundays Beach Club to the luxurious setting of Ulu Cliffhouse. Many beach clubs also offer water sports activities, such as surfing and kayaking, allowing visitors to make the most of their time in the water.

My family and friends know that Bali holds a special place in my heart. What I truly love about the place is the way it makes me feel— relaxed, happy, and carefree. Whether I’m practising yoga, shopping, or simply lounging on the beach, I always feel at peace here.

And let’s not forget about the incredible food! Bali’s cuisine is bursting with flavour, and I always look forward to trying new dishes at the local warungs and new-concept cafes. I also have a great appreciation (and excitement) for Bali’s stunning beach clubs and have had the pleasure of visiting many of them.

1. Atlas Beach Club – Canggu

Yes, I was shocked, too, when I learned that the biggest beach club in the world isn’t in Aruba, nor Ibiza. It’s the Atlas Beach Club right next door to us in Bali!

Extending over a sprawling 2.9 hectares of sun-kissed sand, sea, pool, lounge and dancefloor, it is regarded as Bali’s premium lifestyle destination. That includes Atlas Super Club, their very own prestigious nightclub. Come over and you’ll have no excuse to leave, ever.

The Atlas Beach Club experience is completely immersive and spans the spectrum of influences from modern to traditional. Here, you will party like there’s no tomorrow with lit DJs from around the world… before being equally mesmerised by the sublime elegance of authentic Balinese dance performances.

What’s a day (and night) of revelry without the right fuel? Atlas Beach Club offers guests a spread that’s almost as breathtaking as the beauty of Bali and her people.

Their signature dish is the Nasi Goreng Jutawan, which translates as ‘Millionaire’s Fried Rice’. It’s a fitting name as you get a massive 1.25 kg slab of prime Wagyu MB5 Tomahawk steak, Smoked Beef Nasi Goreng, Sambal Merah, Sambal Matah and Sambal Colo-Colo.

Served inside a fresh pineapple, Rich Jungle is an equally apt name for the beach club’s signature drink. It’s a potent concoction of White Rum, Banana Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Basil Leaves and Passion Fruit Foam. Can’t you just taste the exhilarating combo of jungle-inspired aromas and flavours you’re in for?

The coup de grace, though, is that they have roped in one of the world’s leading DJs, Dutch maestro Martin Garrix (GRX) to headline their 2023 New Year’s Eve Party. GRX is no stranger to major music fests, having played at Coachella,Tomorrowland, and Creamfields, among others.
