Here is our list of 10 pet-friendly malls in Singapore to let “leash” your pet. Do note that this list is not exhaustive and stores within the mall may have their own pet policies.
1. One Holland Village
One Holland Village, which opened to the public in Dec 2023, is a pet-friendly mall designed to welcome pets and their owners. Here, your furkid takes priority, with wide open-air spaces designed with extra consideration for your pet’s needs. A 5-minute walk from Holland Village MRT, the mall has multiple courtyards for your pet to explore freely.

The pet-friendly mall offers several features to enhance pet owners’ experience, such as water dispensers (above, left) for pets to remain hydrated and exclusive pet lifts (above, right). Hooks are also installed outside shops, allowing owners to secure their pets safely.
Around 20 tenants allow furry and feathered shoppers into their premises. These include Plain Meredith (#02-23/24) and Surrey Hills Grocer (#03-29 to 33). Extra Virgin Pizza (#01-03/04/05), Fireplace by Bedrock (#03-27/28), Ginkyō by Kinki (#03-01 to 04), Paris Baguette (#01-46/47) and Prive (#01-49/50/51) offer pet-friendly outdoor seating spaces.

2. The Star Vista

The Star Vista in Buona Vista is known for being a pet-friendly mall. It has a welcoming environment for pets and their owners. Pets are permitted in common areas and outdoor dining outlets. Some stores even contain pet-friendly amenities that include water bowls.
Many restaurants have outdoor seating areas that welcome pets, allowing owners to enjoy a meal with their furry pals. These include Warm Up Cafe, Verandah@Rael’s and Chi-Bing. Other joints such as Itacho Sushi and Nan Yang Dao also have pet-friendly outdoor seating.

4. NEX
While NEX offers pet-friendly amenities, they do not allow pets to enter the mall’s common areas. Access to the Pet Safari on the 4th floor is permitted via special lifts (Lifts 1 and 2). Pets should not be brought into other parts of the mall, including escalators and elevators.

Some pet-friendly eateries near NEX include the Sun Ray Cafe, which has a dog-friendly area. US Dog Bakery, located within the Pet Safari, is known for its dog-friendly treats.
