Blue Lotus is well-known for whipping up delectable traditional Chinese cuisine with a unique twist. CBD workers may rejoice as they have decided to bring their iconic Chilli Pomelo Crab to their Tanjong Pagar outlet.
This is in-line with the launch of their new menu, which would give both office workers and food fanatics more reasons to head down to Blue Lotus.
The new menu has several renditions of their Chilli Pomelo Crab Sauce. Previously, this was only available at their Sentosa Cove outlet. Besides their Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab (S$9/100g), they have also launched Signature Chilli Pomelo Crispy Soft-Shell Crabs (S$22).
For those who are not a huge fan of crabs, they also offer Chilli Pomelo Mussels (S$30) and have created the first ever Chilli Pomelo Crab Tart in Singapore. As if that doesn’t sound good enough, they plan to package this delightful sauce into jars for consumers to bring home in the near future
This is not the only unique flavour of crab that they offer. They also have Chargrilled Yellow Roe Crab, as well as Josper Grilled Garlic Butter Crab and Black & White Pepper BBQ Sauce. They are all priced at S$9/100g.
Besides their signature crab dishes, they also offer sharing starters that will definitely get your appetite going. Their unique offerings range from their Signature Lemongrass Prawn Sticks with Citrus Spicy Dressing (S$18) to Crispy Chicken Skin with Chilli Yogurt Dipper ($12).
For a more fuss-free option, they also have a new set lunch menu. This is available from Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 3pm. There are seven choices of mains, starting from S$18++. Each set menu is served with a Chef’s Special Soup Of The Day and Dessert.
