Coffee lovers, you’re in for a treat. Boyle’s Coffee X Cold Brew Bar in the basement of Suntec City is the world’s first cold brew coffee bar where every drink is crafted around cold brew coffee.
If you’re not in the know, cold brew is a coffee brewing method whereby cold water is used to extract coffee from ground coffee beans.
The coffee bar carries a range of cold brew coffee, including Nitro Cold Brew variations and Dutch Cold Brew variations. Nitro Cold Brews are only sold iced, while you can enjoy the Dutch Cold Brews either hot, or iced.
The menu boasts classic coffee flavours, such as the Dutch Vanilla Latte (small: $6, large: $7), and the Nitro Caramel Latte (small: $7, large: $8), as well as the Dutch Americano (small: $4, large: $5) and the Nitro Straight (small: $5, large: $6) for no-nonsense coffee drinkers.
Cold brew coffee has been all the hype since last year, with almost every coffee shop carrying one or more types on the menu. Boyle’s Coffee takes it one step further with their only-cold-brew offerings.
