Bulgogi Syo is a Korean restaurant that stands out with its unique 3-step Hotstone Grilling process imported directly from Korea. This process seamlessly combines Perfect Fire (Bul) with Perfect Meat (Gogi), culminating in the creation of the Perfect Experience (Syo/Show). In December 2023, Bulgogi Syo announced the opening of its 3rd establishment, located at the ever-popular VivoCity.

Bulgogi Syo employs a revolutionary 3-step Hot Stone grilling technique, featuring powerful Fire Blasters reaching up to 1400 degrees, ensuring the retention of moisture and infusing every cut with smokiness, aroma, and flavour.

Bulgogi Syo’s menu pays homage to the vibrant heritage of Korean BBQ, showcasing a tempting variety of Korean-inspired sauces. Among them are the enticing Spicy Jeyuk and Gochujang sauce, as well as the non-spicy Apple Hangari sauce, thoughtfully curated to complement a carefully chosen assortment of meats.

For groups of 2 to 3 people, the Triple-Meat Combo is a highly recommended selection. Choose between 2 primary options: the Pork Combo (S$59) features Pork Baby Back Ribs coated in a zesty Gochujang sauce, accompanied by Duroc Pork Belly and Pork Collar— with the option of Apple Hangari or Spicy Jeyuk sauces.

Alternatively, opt for the Mixed Combo (S$65), presenting a variety of Angus Beef Ribeye or LA Galbi, alongside Pork Collar and Chicken. Both sets include a Vegetable Plate, 2 bowls of seaweed rice, and free Jjigae. Diners can choose from Kimchi Jjigae, Tteok Mandu Jjigae, or Chadol Beanpaste Jjigae.
