Cafe Natsu is a new cafe concept joining the list of Japanese cafes in Singapore.
Conceptualised by Ebb & Flow Group, the F&B company behind establishments like The Dragon Chamber, Tigerlily Patisserie and Sommer, Cafe Natsu’s menu boasts a selection of unique dishes with Japanese elements integrated into them.
From 9am to 4pm, enjoy a wide selection of dishes from Cafe Natsu’s Brunch Menu.
These include Benedict (S$28), their take on the classic Eggs Benedict dish with a Japanese twist, consisting of poached eggs, sansho pepper, glazed ham, wasabi spinach and miso hollandaise, and their Breakfast Plate (S$28), that comes with Kurobuta sausage, maitake, sweet potato hash brown, kombu beans and momotaro.
If you seek to start your morning or afternoon with a sweeter option, try the fluffy Souffle Pancakes (S$23), which are topped with white peach and almond ice cream.
Cafe Natsu also has a small selection of Sando in three varieties: Chicken Katsu (S$26), Wagyu Beef Short Rib (S$30) and Egg Mayo (S$22). All three variations come with a side of togarashi fries.
Cafe Natsu’s Dinner Menu, on the other hand, runs from 6pm to 10pm and features dishes such as Shio Kombu Gnocchi (S$24), Aged Duck Breast (S$38) and Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek (S$38).
End off your meal with their desserts, like the Kurozato Mochi Doughnuts (S$12), which comes with salted Hokkaido milk ice cream, and their Hojicha Creme Caramel (S$12), which is topped with black sesame crumble.
Cafe Natsu will be opening on 10 May 2022 along Joo Chiat Road, so be sure to pay a visit for a taste of these exciting Japanese fusion dishes!
