Alcohol enthusiasts can look forward to the debut of Carnival of Wines & Spirits (COWS), a four-day event at United Square from 27 to 30 July 2017. Organised by 1855 The Bottle Shop, Singapore’s premium alcohol retailer, this event celebrates 450 labels, including award-winning and highly rated fine wines, spirits and beers from all over the world.
