Roti prata—is an Indian-influenced flatbread dish that can be found in several countries in Southeast Asia, including Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. It is best eaten with a side of savoury curry or sugar or both. Here in Singapore, roti prata is also widely-known as a popular dish for breakfast or supper.

What are you guys waiting for? Grease your palms with ghee and get to flippin’ today! The workshop is also applicable for those of you who have always aspired to open up your very own roti prata joint but never knew how to go about doing so. Pretty unique deal if you ask us.
