If there is anything that we like more than food, it’s having a multitude of choices. Culture Spoon at River Valley is precisely that. From Thai to Western food, the Culture Spoon offers a rotating menu concept, with pop-ups and permanent concepts you’re in for a culinary treat here.

Culture Spoon wants to cultivate a flexible and safe space for F&B owners to embark on their own entrepreneurial journey. As we all know, the F&B industry is brutal as much as it is rewarding. As a culinary flex space with dine-in and retail facilities, Culture Spoon serves as a unique space to cater to the budding foodpreneur.

Right now, the brands you can look forward is Mamilani, available on Friday and Saturdays. Mamilani is helmed by Rosalyn, who was previously a 3D designer with a background in architecture that focuses Indonesian cuisine with a twist. These are specially curated recipes that are adapted from her mother’s recipes. So, you’ll get a fusion of Peranakan and Chinese-style cooking, so it’s pretty unique.

If you have a sweet tooth, then the Cultured Bakeyard is for you. This artisanal bakery is run by a power couple who boasts a well-padded resume of Boufe Boutique Cafe, Patisserie Platine by Waku Ghin and Gallery & Co..

I have my eye on their signature items such as their Earl Grey Chocolate Cake made with Valrhona Guanaja 70% chocolate or the ever-trendy melt-in-your-mouth Basque Cheesecake and Classic Tiramisu. Their bakes are available daily, from 9 am till they are sold out.

For coffee fanatics, then you’ll have to try some of Quarter Life Coffee’s drinks at Culture Spoon. With single-origin coffees sourced from different parts of the world through reputable partners like Cofinet (Colombia) and Mercanta (UK). Every cup is brewed with beans roasted locally weekly in small batches under stringent parameters. That way, you can be sure each cuppa top-notch.

Of course, I’ve only scratched the surface of what Culture Spoon has to offer. Be sure to check out who what tasty pop-ups you can look forward at Culture Spoon here.
