In line with the holiday season and release of the Aquaman movie in theatres, DC Comics Super Heroes Cafe at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands is rolling out a fare of Aquatic-themed dishes. If you’re a seafood lover, this new festive menu is a must-try from now through the March school holidays (until 31 March 2019).
The creative culinary team has designed dishes inspired by the stunning aquatic life and elements as depicted by characters in the Aquaman movie.
Look out for the Instagram-worthy Seafood Pasta (S$25++) inspired by Queen Atlanna, featuring fresh prawns, scallops, ikura, and sakura ebi, coated in a fragrant truffle paste and laced with seaweed.
The ingredients in the dishes are thoughtfully put together to bring out each component and remains well-balanced.
The limited edition menu will serve a series of fresh and succulent seafood dishes like the Seafood Basket (S$20 ++) comprising deep-fried Halibut fish, tempura prawns and baby squid, served with tangy Thai sweet chilli.
Even the drinks are inspired by the ocean! Round off your meal with the Blue Latte (S$9.90++) made with beautiful butterfly pea flower, double shot espresso with gula melaka and drizzled with white and dark chocolate sauce.
