Deepavali is all about light, laughter, and spending time with loved ones, and Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) is bringing all three together with a festive celebration this October.

Running from 22 Oct to 8 Nov 2026, the Deepavali Artisan Market brings together handcrafted finds, traditional Indian performances, and plenty of music for a lively outing with family at BSC.
Set up at the Main Concourse on the Ground Floor, the bazaar runs daily from 10am to 10pm, so it’s easy to browse for festive gifts, pick up something special, or simply soak up the atmosphere.

There’s more to look forward to beyond shopping, too, with a programme of cultural performances that celebrates the many rhythms and traditions of the Festival of Lights.
Catch the Open-Kacheri Series on 23 & 30 Oct, plus 6 Nov, featuring instrumental-led Kacheri evenings by The KL Conservatory. For a taste of classical Indian dance, Dakhsra Fine Arts will present Bharatanatyam, Odissi, Kathak, and Radha Krishna Dandiya performances on 24 and 31 Oct.
Those who prefer livelier beats can look forward to Dhurandhar Dhol Dhamaka by the Malaysian Bollywood Dance Academy on 25 Oct and 8 Nov, alongside Bollywood and classical fusion, Garba, and dhol performances by The Haven Crew on 1 and 7 Nov.
With music and dance woven into the festivities, even a quick shopping trip could turn into a longer family outing.

There’s also a little something to take home. Shoppers who spend RM1,000 at any BSC outlet can redeem an exclusive BSC Glass Dessert Bowl Set, while those who spend RM5,000 can receive 2 sets. Redemptions are available at the Concierge Counter, while stocks last, and terms and conditions apply.
Make a date with the family and head to Bangsar Shopping Centre to explore the artisan market, catch a live performance, and celebrate Deepavali together. Find the festivities at the Main Concourse, Ground Floor, and check the performance schedule before visiting so you don’t miss your favourites.
