We all love dim sum and in order to make these delicate pastries and dumplings, a lot of finesse and patience is needed.

If a youtube tutorial video wouldn’t suffice, sign yourself up for Bonappetour‘s Dim Sum Master Class on 21 and 28 July led by Yum Cha restaurant’s head chef Jimmy Wong.

With more than three decades of experience under his belt, Chef Wong will lead you through a certified dim sum-making programme that will teach you the basics of making delicious Siew Mai, Crispy Red Bean with Banana and Prawn Wonton Crisp.

On top of the fun and informative hands-on class, you will receive complimentary drinks, sample dim sum during your break and receive a certificate of participation.
