The pad kra pow, essentially known as Thai basil meat is a contender for the most popular Thai street food. With the disparate choice of ingredients, mainly some meat, holy basil and spices, the pad kra pow exudes an umami burst of flavour.

Also known for its highly exalted xiao long bao, a steamed dumpling filled with luscious pork filling and some piping hot soup broth, Din Tai Fung is back again with another rendition—Steamed Tom Yum Xiao Long Bao available until 30 April 2020 at S$8 for four pieces.

Are you as equally stoked and thrilled to give it a try? If you enjoy a relish in a spicy kick and a slight tang, and that’s your kind of pleasurable torture, enjoy every mouthful of their new additions and ignite your senses with the aroma of herbs and spices.

Dates & Times: Available from now till 30 April 2020 at all Din Tai Fung outlets
