Cubes of succulent octopus, tangy pickled ginger, and fresh spring onion encased in crispy, golden bite-sized balls — I’m talking about our all-time favourite Japanese snack called takoyaki.

Free Flow Takoyaki 2

From now till 31 July 2018, you can feast on as many of these balls of crispy goodness at Kushikatsu Tanaka; their new DIY Takoyaki Madness promotion offers free-flow DIY takoyaki at only $10!

Specialising in kushikatsu (deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables), this authentic Japanese restaurant will train you to become a takoyaki master in just two hours.

Not only is it always fun to experience DIY cooking, but this promotion will test your ability (and perhaps, patience) to get the right balance of batter and filling, leaving you praying for neither undercooked nor overcooked balls.

With just a $3 cover charge and a minimum of one drink order per pax (except for those six years and below), you can share a single pan for two to four pax, or two pans for more than four pax.

The more the merrier and besides, you won’t have to worry about chargeable food wastage before your exit by 7pm. Get ready for a ball of a time!

Dates & Times: Weekdays only till 31 July 2018, 5pm – 7pm (Not applicable on eve of public holidays & public holidays)

Prices: $10++, cover charge of $3 per pax (No service charge but GST applies)
