Bubble tea and chocolate fans, rejoice! If you’ve always hoped for a chocolatey bubble tea concoction boasting the flavours of your favourite childhood chocolate, Gong cha has got your back. On 19 November 2021, Gong cha will be releasing the all-new Milk Foam Choc-A-Lot (S$6.80) bubble tea—a cup that’ll definitely hit that sweet spot.

In collaboration with Nestle, the bubble tea starring KitKat was made with the upcoming festive season in mind. Albeit it seems like their version of a comforting cup of hot chocolate, this is one cup that’s calling my name from far away. The limited-edition drink will feature a milky base mixed with the brand-new KitKat spread paired with a milk-filled foam and if that’s not enough, it’ll also be topped with the decadent KitKat bites.

Thinking about the cup of chocolatey goodness brings me back to a simpler time where I grew up munching on a KitKat bar during Christmas at home while waiting for guests to arrive. Personally, this is a concoction that’ll definitely be laced with heaps of nostalgia for me.

Available from 19 November 2021 to 31 December 2021 at all Gong cha outlets and various delivery platforms, the yummy bubble tea will also come with a choice of adding your topping of choice, pearls, pudding jelly and more. I’d refrain from making my cup sweeter than intended but if that’s what you like, I say go for it!
